I can't speak highly enough of Shiraz and his team. From start to finish they were brilliant to deal with. We had our entire ground floor, stairs and landing fitted with a mix of LVT & Carpet. The advice from day one was fantastic and we were never under any pressure from the team as you get and we had with other shops we visited. Price point was fair when compared to the market and the quality and installation was faultless. We've had so many compliments on the LVT and it's been easy to recommend Shiraz and his team.

Excellent job done. The laminated downstairs floor and carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and stairs were done. The ground floor was laminated. Vinyl flooring was done in the kitchen and two bathrooms. A professional job was done in two days at a reasonable price. I recommend everyone. You can trust them.

I called Sutton carpets on a Wednesday and spoke to Shiraz regarding a particular brand of carpet and if it was available. I also stressed that I needed fitting by end of the week. He confirmed that he could source it and have it fitted by the Sunday. Fitters were great, job done within a couple of hours. Lovely store with a great selection of carpets, excellent service too.

We’ve just replaced all our carpets throughout. Super pre sale service especially from Waz! Lovely carpet fitters were very helpful. We had an issue with our Karndene floor which no longer quite fitted to the new stairs carpet. Shiraz came out himself to see and within five days his Karndene fitter had fixed the problem even though it wasn’t really his to remedy. We can’t recommend Sutton Carpets highly enough. Thank you!
